Every summer, Fontanella is transformed for a weekend into a place full of music, encounters and living tradition. Over the years, the Fontanella village festival has become an integral part of community life - supported by local associations, dedicated helpers and the enthusiasm of visitors. In 2025, the festival is organised by Fontanella Mountain Rescue. For two days , the village is all about togetherness: with a varied programme for young and old.
The opening on Saturday is traditionally celebrated with the marching in of the mountain rescue teams and musical accompaniment from the Fontanella traditional costume band . The evening ends with live music in the marquee and a bar.
On Sunday, the day begins with a festive church service, followed by a morning pint at and a tombola. The end of the festival is accompanied by music and invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together. The Dörflifest is an expression of a lively village community and offers space for encounters, shared experiences and the celebration of regional culture year after year.

- 17:00: Marching in of the mountain rescue teams & ceremonial opening of the festival with the TK Fontanella
- 20:30: Mood in the marquee with the ‘SBS-Quintett’
- 21:00: Bar operation with DJ Mike & DJ Wolle
Sunday, 10th August 2025
- 08:45 am: Church service in the parish church
- 10:00 am: Morning pint with the ‘SBS-Quintett’
- 13:00: Helicopter ‘Gallus 1’
- 14:00: Tombola raffle
- Afterwards: Closing of the festival with the ‘Mühlibuaba’
