Propstei St. Gerold

The parish of St. Gerold has belonged to the Swiss Benedictine monastery of Einsiedeln since the 13th century and was founded in the 11th century according to legend. Today, the monastery is a well-known place of spirituality and cultural events. There are guided tours of the monastery, wine tastings, a path of the senses and silence, fine food and good wines.
