Flower-Hiking-Trail Faschina
A special feature in the Biosphärenpark Grosses Walsertal is the extraordinary variety of plants on the "Hahnenkopf" in Faschina, which have developed due to the geological differences in this area.
Up here, at this wonderful place with a panoramic view, the Faschina cable cars have built the popular flower-hiking-trail, where you can see the various plants and geological conditions on the trail and described on information boards.
The educational boards are constantly set up and exchanged after the current flowering period. This ensures that you can admire the flowers directly in the nature right next to the description.
Guided Tours
Guided tours are available regularly from June to September with botanist Günther Bischof from Damüls, the project guide of the nature trail, a profound expert on the local alpine flora.
