Conscious renunciation of Christmas lights ...

The municipality of Damüls has deliberately decided against Christmas lighting this winter in the sense of energy-saving measures. The background to this are recommended measures of the Vorarlberg Association of Municipalities and the Vorarlberg Energy Institute for the Europe-wide energy crisis. The municipalities have a role model function, i.e. the task of setting visible signs, i.e. completely dispensing with Christmas lights in 2022.
